The following Terms and Conditions apply to Allieds’ Desktop Review Service only.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Allied will perform all services with that degree of skill, care and diligence normally shown in the performing of comparable services.
CONTRACT OF SERVICES: Allied do NOT REQUIRE ANY UPFRONT FEES to undertake their desktop review. However, upon receiving a clear indication from the Funders of their willingness to proceed, Allied will issue to the Client their Contract of Services, tailored to the Clients financial requirements and project. This will list the scope of work to be carried out to support the Client through to a financial close. If you accept the Contract of Service, you will then enter a period of exclusivity with Allied and a commitment fee or retainer will be required.
EXCLUSIONS: Allied will NOT provide advice but will give feedback to the Client on any changes or additions to documentation that Allied believe will improve the Client offering to the funder. If required, this feedback should be referred to the Clients professional team for review.
Allied do not offer insurance or financial advice, and user information should be seen as a guide and not as a recommendation to use any insurance or investment strategy. Allied shall have no obligation to update these terms and conditions and shall have no liability to you or any other party arising out of its publication, or any matter contained therein.
